Meet the Doctor
Dr. Don Wilhelmus

Dr. Don Wilhelmus graduated in 1982 with honors from the Illinois College of Optometry. He spent his first three years as an Optometrist in the United States Navy before moving to the Dallas area in 1985. Dr. Don Wilhelmus' special interests are working with contact lenses, primary eye care, children and low vision.

Dr. Don Wilhelmus' community involvement includes the Chamber of Commerce, Plano Sunrise Rotary Club, and the Dallas Business Association. He is active in the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association. Dr. Wilhelmus holds the rank of Commander in the United States Navy Reserve.
